Airport Information Desk and Facilities
Information and Help Desk There is an information centre and welcome desk (tel: 904 741 4902) available on the lower level of the terminal building.
Airport Facilities Money and phone: ATMs can be found on the lower level after baggage reclaim and on the upper level before the security checkpoint. Courtesy telephones are also available. Telephones can be found throughout the terminal and pre-paid phone cards are available on all concourses. Postal facilities, including a stamp machine, post box and FedEx drop box are to be found in the Business Centre, on the upper level. Eating and drinking: The airport offers a variety of bars, coffee shops, restaurants and snack bars on the upper level courtyard and concourses. Shopping: There are various shops located on both levels, including newsagents and gift shops, luxury gifts, a bookshop, a convenience store, a leather shop, a sunglasses shop and a PGA golf shop. Luggage services: The airport provides damaged luggage, lost property and lost pets services. Trolleys are available for a small fee. Lockers can be found in the Business Centre, on the upper level courtyard. Other facilities: Massage and shoeshine facilities are available; a 24-hour florist, a 24-hour chapel, a meet-and-greet service and a video games arcade are also available at the airport.
Conference and Business Facilities The airport offers a Business Centre, located on the upper level courtyard. It is equipped with postal services, telephone, data ports, a change machine and mobile phone hire. The Delta Crown Room executive lounge is situated on concourse A. The Clarion Airport Hotel & Conference Center (tel: 904 741 1997) is located within the airport grounds and provides a customer service desk in the baggage reclaim area. The hotel offers a business centre, 14 meeting rooms, office workstations and videoconferencing.
Disabled Facilities The airport is fully accessible for disabled passengers. There are elevators connecting both levels. Wheelchairs are available and there are disabled toilets on all levels and concourses. It is advisable for passengers with special needs to contact the airline they plan to fly with, in order to arrange assistance.
